Any adult resident in Wisconsin can check out the ROVe Pack from the Wisconsin Water Library for free. The Pack is yours to use for 2 months. You must be 18 years old and a teacher to borrow the Pack.
Delivery information: After requesting the item, we will send you the pack via UPS and will include a prepaid shipping label for return.
